Questions List: Prepare a list of high-priority questions pertaining to fitness and fuelling. Write it with enthusiasm. This is your opportunity to finally have those burning questions answered!
Food Journal: Please complete a 3-day food journal of everything you eat, drink, supplement, the times and portions.
Workout Routine: Please provide your current workout schedule and routine in detail. Time of day, warm-up, exercises, reps, sets, weight, duration, and stretches should all be included.
Payment: Prepayment required in advance to schedule an appointment. Consultation time is a maximum of 60 minutes, or portion of. Because of back-to-back scheduling, consultation time cannot be extended, unless agreed upon by both parties in advance.
Privacy: Know with confidence that your personal information will always be kept private and confidential.
Format: Telephone, Skype, FreeConference, Zoom, or in-Person.
48-hours notice required for cancellations to avoid full charge.
